Over many years of coaching leaders across government, universities, and not-for-profit organisations, I have noticed that meaningful leadership growth tends to follow a consistent pattern.
Leaders create the greatest shifts in their leadership when they pause long enough to reflect, gain clarity about what truly matters, and then take intentional action.
I call this process The Advantage Leadership Cycle and it underpins everything I do, whether I'm coaching an individual leader, facilitating a team, or designing a leadership program for an organisation.
This simple but powerful framework underpins much of the coaching work we do together.
