Strategic Planning Days: Too many fall flat because they lack structure, clear direction, or objective facilitation. I step in as your external facilitator to ensure your leadership team spends their time efficiently and collaboratively. I design and lead the full session using evidence-based frameworks, managing group dynamics, drawing out every voice, and ensuring the day ends with a clear, documented, actionable plan.
Brain-Centred Leadership (Agility, Collaboration, Innovation, Performance): Traditional leadership models often struggle to unlock a team's collective intelligence. This program applies insights from neuroscience to four critical capabilities: innovation, agility, collaboration, and performance. Participants explore how the brain responds to change, threat, and social dynamics, and learn to design cultures that foster psychological safety, better decision-making, and sustainable high performance.
Emotional Intelligence for Leaders and Teams: Leadership is inherently emotional, yet many leaders struggle to navigate conflict or communicate effectively under pressure. This program offers practical frameworks for developing self-awareness and social awareness. Through facilitated exercises and discussion, participants learn to manage their own reactions, build rapport, and respond with genuine empathy in high-stakes situations.
DISC for Teams: Misunderstanding communication styles is a daily source of friction in most organisations. Following personalised DISC assessments, I lead engaging workshops that help team members understand their own behavioural preferences and those of their colleagues. The focus is on adaptability: learning to adjust your approach to communicate and collaborate more effectively across different styles.

Value & Pricing Framework
My fees reflect the deep customisation, expert senior-level facilitation, and proprietary content I bring to every engagement.
The final investment is determined by the duration of the session (from half-day to multi-day programs), the team size, and the inclusion of accredited assessment tools and debriefs by a certified professional. Full-day workshops and multi-session programs are quoted following a Clarity Call.
- Starting investment: Pricing starts at $2,500 AUD (Incl GST) for a focused 4-hour session (up to 15 people).
- Not-for-Profit Discount: I offer a 10% discount on all team programs for registered Not-for-Profit and Charitable organisations.
- Coaching discount: If you have worked with me in a coaching context, I offer a 10% discount for all training and facilitation work.
